Quotes

Every job starts with a written quote listing deliverables, revisions, timeline and price. Prices on this website are starting prices; the quote is final.

Payment

50% advance to start, balance after you approve the work and before handover. Ad spend, domain, hosting, paid stock media and government fees are paid by you and are not part of our fee unless the quote says so.

Changes

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately as a change request.

Ownership

After full payment, the delivered website files, designs and videos belong to you.

Filing assistance

We prepare documents and data and file with your approval. If the law makes an audit or certification compulsory for your business, that is a separate piece of work, quoted in writing first. You are responsible for the correctness of the information you give us.

Warranty and care

Every website or app we build has a 12-month warranty from the handover date. During the first 30 days we do a full review and make unlimited fixes and edits free of charge. After that, bugs (something we built that is broken or slow) are fixed free for the rest of the 12 months. New pages, new features and content additions are not bugs and are quoted before we start; small edits start from Rs 199.

The warranty does not cover problems we did not cause, such as outages or policy changes at third-party services, changes made by others to the site or its hosting, expired domains or hosting, or ad spend. After the first year you may renew year by year (Extended warranty, Rs 999 a year) or choose the Care Plan (Rs 1,999 a year: extended warranty plus one full service a year with real updates, a security and speed review, a Google check and a content refresh). Both are optional and agreed in writing. No search ranking or visitor numbers are promised.

Refunds

If we cannot start the work, the advance is refunded in full within 7 working days. Once work has started, the advance covers work done. Government fees and third-party charges are not refundable.
